Spring Training, Spring Tune up

Snow is melting, time to put on those running shoes, get the bike out and get going!
Even when there is a cold North wind the sun is now warmer.
Give it a try!
Set a goal for the spring - a 5k a 10k or aim for a try-a-tri or a longer triathlon.
It is a lifestyle you will reap rewards from.
Incubate good habbits, and the benefits will flower.
Start with a 10 minute run or bike ride - maybe to the next main street and back.
Do that every other day for a couple weeks. 
Then slowly increase your time out. 
Come in for a massage (or I can come to you!) while you are rediscovering your body and your potential.
We can talk about your aches and pains and look for solutions.
I will keep you motivated, and work with you to your goals.
Weight loss, better mood, making new friends on the way.
Well worth the effort!
